1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SoulSketch website (soulmate.astrolyfe.co) and the AstroLyfe mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by PayLoop Technology Group LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What SoulSketch and AstroLyfe are
SoulSketch generates an AI soulmate portrait and a personalized written reading based on the birth and preference details you provide. AstroLyfe is a companion mobile app where you can view your reading, explore your birth chart, check compatibility, and read daily horoscopes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at support@astrolyfe.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You can delete your account at any time from the AstroLyfe app's Profile tab, or by emailing us.
5. Trial, subscription, and billing
Introductory trial: You pay $1.00 for a 7-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership automatically renews at $29.99 per month.
Cancellation: Cancel any time by emailing support@astrolyfe.co. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund charges already made.
Refunds: Purchases made within the last 30 days are covered by our money-back guarantee — email us to request one.
Payment processing: All payments are handled by Stripe. We don't store your full card details.
We may change subscription pricing going forward; if we do, we'll give you notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.
6. AI-generated content
Your portrait and readings are generated using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. They are creative interpretations, not factual depictions of any real person, and not a guarantee of future events. AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or not exactly what you expected — we're always improving this, and you're welcome to contact support if something seems clearly wrong.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying systems.
- Share your account with others or resell access to the Service.
- Upload content (including a profile photo) that you don't have the right to use, or that is illegal, obscene, or infringing.
- Use automated means to access the Service outside of the app or website's normal use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, belongs to us or our licensors. Your generated portrait and reading are yours to keep and use personally for as long as your account exists. You retain ownership of any information or photo you provide us, and you grant us the license needed to use it to generate and deliver your reading.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or ourselves. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (like disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayLoop Technology Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PayLoop Technology Group LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
